You can search for accountants using various criteria and compare their profiles to find the one that best suits your needs. You can also book a time with the platform’s experts through the calendar, and we’ll work together to find the right accountant for you. You can also submit an open request for quotes, and the platform’s representatives will share your request with three accountants based on the information you provide.

Yes. You can submit a contact request individually to each accountant you select. Alternatively, you can post an open request for quotes on the platform, and we’ll find the three most suitable accountants for you. They will then contact you directly.

If you ever need to switch service providers as your company’s needs change, you can easily do so on the platform since all your data is stored in a single system. You can contact your new accountant directly, or Kirjanpitäjä.fi customer service, and we’ll work together to take care of it.

  • You will have access to the Easor App and mobile app for financial management. With these systems, you can, among other things, create and send sales invoices, receive and pay purchase invoices, submit accounting documents to your accountant, and view accounting reports.
  • Additional services, such as a business account and collection service, are also available.

The platform’s services do not support the use of other systems. When you purchase a service from Kirjanpitäjä.fi, Easor App will be your financial management software. We will work together to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

Your accountant will bill you according to your agreement, for example once a month, and software fees will be billed monthly.
